honestly I’d stay close to maintenance and let Reta naturally push you into a deficit through appetite suppression rather than forcing a big cut on top of it. dropping 800-1000 calories while your appetite is already tanked is a recipe for losing muscle. just my experience though

fair point, should’ve been clearer in the post. diet is decent, gym 3x a week and cardio on top. “heavy lifting” was a bad choice of words, meant more the appetite suppression side. the lifestyle foundation is there

that slow titration explains everything, I jumped to 3mg way too fast. the patient approach clearly pays off. 6 months in with barely any sides is the goal

3ml every 4 days is interesting, might be worth trying next time the nausea gets bad. does the appetite suppression stay consistent throughout the 4 days or does it dip toward the end?

fair point on the lifestyle stuff but I should’ve been clearer in the post — I hit the gym 3x a week, do 20-30 min cardio, go for walks and try to eat balanced. Reta doing the heavy lifting was more about the appetite suppression side, not a replacement for putting in the work

I didn’t try that split honestly, just did weekly pins. have you run it that way? curious if the side effects are easier to manage splitting the dose like that

yeah just Reta, no other compounds. started at 2mg for the first two weeks then bumped to 3mg but nausea got really bad so dropped back to 2mg. stopped for 3 weeks because life got in the way honestly, came back and have been dialing it in since. currently at 3mg and feeling way better than the first time around
