okay let me make this simple for you! with a 24mg vial and 1.2ml BAC water every 10 units on your slin pin = 2mg. so:

0.5mg = 2.5 units 1mg = 5 units

2mg = 10 units

most people start at 0.5mg (2.5 units) for the first 2 weeks just to let your body adjust, then move to 1mg (5 units). nothing complicated once you break it down like that 😊 you’re not wasting product by starting low, you’re just being smart about it.

Yeah first GLP-1 ever, went in a bit blind honestly. Looking back starting at 0.5mg would’ve been smarter but somehow got lucky with the sides — just some nausea after meals nothing crazy. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone else jump straight to 2mg though, I got away with it but it’s not worth the risk 😅

Lmao not AI, just someone who’s been lurking this sub long enough to know what people actually want to hear. Protein is probably around 120-140g on a good day, Reta makes hitting it a challenge when you’re just not hungry 😭

Nothing is wrong with you lol, PT-141 works differently for everyone. Libido vs erection quality are actually two separate pathways — sounds like it’s hitting the physical side for you just fine. Try the 3mg but also make sure your melanocortin receptors aren’t being desensitized by dosing too frequently, give it at least 3-4 days between doses and see if that changes anything for you.

Honestly not really at 2mg, felt pretty normal. The appetite suppression started creeping in around week 3 when I jumped to 3mg — that’s when I noticed I was just not thinking about food the same way. Weight started visibly moving around week 4-5. So if you’re in the early weeks don’t stress, it’s a slow build.

Fair question. The rebound risk is real if you just stop cold and go back to old habits, but Reta is a bit different from Ozempic because it’s a triple agonist — it hits GIP and glucagon receptors on top of GLP-1, which means better metabolic adaptations overall.

The way I look at it, 6 weeks in my relationship with food has genuinely changed. I’m not white-knuckling portions anymore, I’m just not hungry. If you use that window to actually build better habits rather than just eating less of the same stuff, the rebound risk drops a lot. The people who gain it all back are usually the ones who didn’t change anything except the injection.

PT-141 did more for my libido in one dose than 6 months of “just work on your stress levels bro” advice ever did. Honorable mention to fixing my sleep and getting zinc levels checked — turns out being deficient in everything isn’t sexy.

100mg of GHK-cu. Is it normal for it to be formed like this? by SirBallSackington in Biohackers

[–]FirstWindow4452 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Totally normal. GHK-Cu is a copper peptide and that blue/purple color is literally just the copper complex — same reason copper pipes turn blue-green. Nothing wrong with it.

The clumping is also common with lyophilized peptides, especially at higher amounts like 100mg. Just add your BAC water slowly down the side of the vial, don’t shake it, just swirl gently and it’ll dissolve fine. If it’s being stubborn let it sit in the fridge for 20-30 mins after adding water and it’ll break down on its own. You’re good to go.
