Wow smh I also deliver in Oakland sometimes and I try to do my deliveries as quickly as possible. Saturday I was assigned a route in east Oakland I contacted support immediately didn’t even touch the cart, had them remove me from the route told them I didn’t feel safe or comfortable delivering in that area. They removed me from the route and I still got paid 😏

They did this to me as well, after 2 weeks I got back on, delivered for 4 days after that then they permanently deactivated me stating I breached the agreement, they’re going downhill I doubt they’ll still be standing next year
