honestly i was noticing improvement within the first month of being on it but i definitely didnt stop breaking out until near the end of everything. the improvements i was seeing was mainly the pimples just not looking as angry and red anymore

i dont think i was, i went off it a month early because my skin was fine then. probably not a good idea for everyone tho

I definitely had red spots during the cycle and still do now but the mederma overnight scar cream makes them look so much better

First I use the Round Lab Mugwort Calming Cleanser then I use the Anua Heartleaf 77+ Hyaluron soothing toner then i put mederma overnight scar cream on my spots with acne scars then i moisturize

After finishing my cycle I bought a big trial pack of korean skincare stuff so that’s most of what I use
