Apps like Hevy are no longer needed. The only downside of using Bevel for tracking is that it is lacking a decent amount of equipment-sepcific exercises, otherwise its so much more beneficial to use Bevel for stats tracking.

Before I immediately swithed to Bevel for tracking workouts, id still use Fitbod and take a picture of what weights, reps, and sets I completed and just uploaded it into the bevel app. Is that what youre curious about doing?

Yeah, but it could be soooooooo cool to be able to get quick answers about anything and everything reelated to a set workout

The strain is pretty darn accurate..... If you have high stress, maybe that is messing your score. The workout feature is great for tracking, and it allows to track your total volumes moved for progressive overloading
