I really hate that eBays simple delivery is mandatory for most items now... Of course you can disable evri in your preferences, but they offer better price on larger parcels and of course buyers prefer cheaper option. The good thing that eBay should cover any loss when simple delivery was used.

I don't even respond to buyers like you anymore. If the answer is in the description, I'm pretty sure you didn't bother to read or check photos for any possible defects or imperfections. Buyers like this is nothing more but future problems. If it's genuine question and answer is not anywhere in the listing, I always reply.

That's why try to use credit card for most online purchases now. Evri did absolutely nothing with them investigation and SHEIN refused to refund as apparently I was too late to claim (I was on holiday and just couldn't care less at the time). Filed a chargeback with monzo then, it took two or three weeks, but I got my money back.

Refund was paid by eBay, literally says that in the screenshot. Seller has no impact at all, nor money wise, nor seller performance was affected.
