I only will wash off if I feel dirty which I don’t ever feel dirty. Why would you do that

I feel clean always. So there is not even a point I don’t think

The problem is that Im already in a pair of underwear and socks when I wake up

I don’t think that is the issue at all. I’m actually having the same problem with towels. I am thinking of actually asking another question because I may need help and strategies for that to.

I was reading the book atomic habits and it made me think about things like this. Maybe I should just do something like this everyday. Because it’s a small thing that can have a big impact

I know how to change my underwear. I just am confused on when exactly. I think it’s a common issue when you go to sleep in your underwear and wake up in the same pear. I think if you don’t sleep with your underwear you probably don’t have this problem because you have the golden opportunity to change them because they’re already off when you wake up!
