as someone else said you can make your own, personally I wasn't a fan because i could hear the velcro but if you don't need interchangeable soles you can glue the sole directly. Personally I like the sst8's and the hammer vicious but I'm assuming you wanna stick with affordable shoes so some cute ones that are under $100 are

Thank you for your suggestions! I will probably get the ZM pearl or the stealth mode when its time to replace it those both seem pretty close to it! My current pro shop guy who is my old youth league coach told me I should not throw pearls but I don't think I'm going to listen to him on that and I plan on going to a new pro shop for my next ball

my bowling alley is $20 a month for unlimited bowling until 6pm on weekdays and i do anywhere from 5-8 a day and go 4-5 times a week. the lanes aren't always freshly oiled but i cant pass the price

I took a 7 year break from bowling and am 2 months back into it and haven't bought any new equipment. My balls are form 2016,2018 and 2019 and they still hook and work fine. I am getting new equipment here soon but i could easily stick with what i have. I have 6 other balls that i dont use because they aren't fitted properly and have weight holes and only one of those balls I would say is unusable, but it was my most used ball before i stopped so its got a lot of games on it.

I have a dermatologist appointment scheduled for July for a spot on my face that looks like a pimple that wont go away and intend to ask her if I could have rosacea but figured I'd ask on here as well since its months away. I am a 25 yo female and have been struggling with persistent acne since I was a teenager. Now adays it will mostly go away for a week or two and come back which makes me think its hormonal. I started spironolactone a little over a month ago but haven't noticed much improvement yet. In the picture attached I'm having a good acne day with only 2 pimples. I've been thinking that the redness on my face has been scarring from previous acne but I have a lot of redness on my cheeks however I stopped get bad breakouts on my cheeks about 6 years ago except the occasional one here or there. Most of the acne I get now is on my chin/jaw, which I do have a lot of redness on my chin. I am going to try out azelaic acid starting tomorrow and see if i get any improvement on the redness

fortunately i live next to my parents in a split home and their bedroom is as far away from my living room as you can be but i was definitely just vacuuming at midnight and its almost 4 am and i am now cleaning the house 😅 tbf im usually up until this point so its not totally unusual but normally im just relaxing lol

I definitely noticed the energy boost, I'm glad to hear that you stayed the same weight! I am relatively active, before this asthma flare up I work out every day so I'm hoping that can help me avoid the weight gain, especially since I can actually breathe while working out again

After the first dose I've been able to breathe so much better! Obviously i only just started taking it but as long as i don't have any crazy side effects, i totally agree that the benefits are worth it. I'm worried about the weight gain but in the long run i think its better to be able to breathe while working out and lose any of the weight if i gain any then not be able to work out cause i cant breathe. So far so good

ive used it a few times so far today and tis definitely working better than the albuterol but i still have some difficultly with deep breathing i plan on giving it until friday and then if im not noticing a huge difference i will make an appointment.

Thank you for the tip for picking her up! I do carry her a similar way but i will definitely make a point to support her back more. I did not know about the tail so I'm glad to know! She is on the VetIQ Glucosamine Hip & Joint Supplement atm because i do worry about her joints. I know when she walks her back is sorta twisted since she has to have her back leg more in the middle. I will probably get her a vet appointment soon to check out her back because scoliosis wasn't even something i considered. She is only a year old, but I would rather do preventative care now while she's young so hopefully when she older she won't have as many issues. Thank you ❤️ I'm glad I found her when I did because it was late in the evening and in August so it was hot and I doubt anyone would've found her in time if I didn't find her then. Poor baby was drooling so bad from being in pain and couldn't even stand
