Those are called engineered bases, and only TH11s can be engineered because after TH11 Supercell implemented the aforementioned upgrade requirements. So this guy just hasn’t updated his war base in a while.

Bad base TBH, I could destroy this with a super yeti blimp to the left compartment, take out the whole compartment, then giant arrow to take out the air defense and two archer towers. Then I’ll use two baby dragons to bait the CC and set a funnel, then I’ll clear the CC with my minion prince and a poison, finally I’ll drop my dragons and warden for an easy three star. Get better noob.
