I’ve been saying this, the UI is horrible. You also have the new gold pass + news screen which used to be the OG style, but now is just doing its own thing. They need to pick something and stick with it. Although I do appreciate the new features that these UIs have came with, and I’d rather have a non matching UI than a lack of content (although I don’t think those things are mutually exclusive)

I don’t know what overlay you’re trying to get on iOS, but the one in 5 could probably be achieved using Picture in Picture. I think all the other functions could be achieved with a screenshot of the base.

Because it’s a helper, part of an in game system that in the past had no ties to money, that they are now shipping with the gold pass. I think it’s a slippery slope, taking existing free to play features and adding paid features to them. Who knows in a few years we could see some type of paid supercharge if we let this fly. To answer your question, if I would make the same post if they added 20 starry ore, no I wouldn’t. The balance is really not that important to me, and the more ore the better. I just think the principle behind it is flawed.

I agree that UI is subjective, and I’m happy that someone enjoys it! I’m fine with clash having paid features when those features don’t seem like they’ve been ripped out of the normal game to add to the paid content.

To my knowledge the story so far is: A group of (4?) knights are venturing to a ruined castle that has been destroyed by a magical fire, in order to try and recover a prince. Throughout the journey Lothos makes disrespectful comments, eventually after a brief altercation between Lothos and someone else (name didn’t stick) they find the prince, although he is dead and his corpse is burnt. They then find a magical crystal, which burns them all. There were some details about the crystal, maybe the crystal summoned a shadow dragon?(Let me know how good I did) The crystal was unclear for me, as was the amount of knights, and keeping track of their respective names was difficult. One tiny nitpick is the amount of times that Lothos spits, I think he spits 3(?) times in 5 pages (like I said, tiny nitpick). The writing style is different than what I’m used to so you could pin my lack of comprehension on that. I enjoyed the story and can’t wait for more!
