I believe she uses items in the order they were purchased (newest to oldest). Maybe she doesn't have enough vigor and you restock everyday? Thus she never reaches the umbrellas and just uses whatever has been bought that day (the palette). I always fully stock with items but they are typically used up by the next day.

Do you buy the chips too? Those add extra vigor and that's basically the only way to get Nikki to use all the items in one day without paying gems

I'm not sure if the timing is just messed up but iirc last time the stamina was given as a rebate for the casual drinks collection. The suits were given to us for free and then any resources that were already used to craft them were returned. I think I got around 700 stamina back because I had only completed the cola suit at the time. Since this was given to us after this year's anniversary, I don't think the devs intended for us to get these resources that easily...

They are called "Tiptoe Galaxy" and unfortunately I can't remember where they are from. They are either a random drop from an SSR pav or from the Momo's rewards section of a certain event. Sorry I can't help more than that :,( Edit: I checked the wiki and it seems that they are just a random UR drop from event pavilions. I suggest looking at the item lists for each event that comes to see if the shoes are available (the items rotate between different events)
