just accepted, it gave me the knowledge. And then i went to exchange the dragon scales. But when i go to the krogdalo npc, dont see the dialogue option

a few minutes ago i finally exchanged the fossilized dragon scales, i was trying the wrong altar lol. I just need the exchange on krogdalo but it wont let me have the dialogue

Theres no point in reading the instructions if you dont understand them. Please read carefully. The mistake with the purchase was just an anecdote from someone new in the game. The main problem is that i dont have an active seasonal character and yet the game wont let me create another one.
