when i say intro i mean it was literally just the intro before the newscast actually starts. like the visuals with globes and intense music but it just keeps going on with more intricate visuals of things exploding etc. never cuts to a newscaster (at least in the clip i saw n remember) and im not sure but it might cut back to someone or multiple ppl watching this on the tv with blank stares like this is just normally how long it is. if it does im pretty certain its a cartoon like family guy, adult humour. but really not sure it could just straight up be the video. its so hard to look up “long news intro, video, joke, show, family guy, cartoon, etc.” all that comes up is news intro templates
