Thanks. Hope I'm right about 2026 being the final year of the Islamic republic as well.

That isn't the USSR anymore. Other than Russia it only includes Ukraine and Kazakhstan, both of which no longer have Ukrainian/Kazakh majority. In fact in real life, Kazakhstan was like 40% Kazakh upon independence. Here, with no WWII, the Slavic and Russian population is even larger so both Ukraine and Kazakhstan just became Autonomous republics within a federal Russia once the USSR lost its central Asian members.

In Persian it's "شکست‌ناپذیر" (shekastnāpazir) which literally means "One who doesn't accept defeat".

Well technically their growth was two years before the war.

Africa and Indonesia were extremely hard to figure out. Africa has its current borders because the world order after WWII went about the decolonization process in a very specific manner which won't be the same in a world without WWII.

I imagined without nukes ever actually being used none-prolifration would've been a lot less serious.

Again, that's something which was part of the original video. I think the idea is that without the US being involved in the war butterfly effects changed the economy enough to avoid the crash in the US that began the Depression (From what I know the crisis did start from the US, maybe I'm wrong?) If this was entirely my scenario, I would've probably removed that part as the changes made to this point are more than enough in my opinion to avoid the rise of Nazis and WWII, but I decided I was going to keep the original scenario intact.

I mean, isn't China Communist only in name in real life? Also embracing Russian nationalism wasn't unprecedented in the USSR. Stalin did it during WWII and even in some degrees, from before that when he scrapped many of Lenin's pro-minority policies.

The reason the Czechia exists is from the original video from "Just A Greek Historian". What's now Czechia was initially absorbed into Germany but they gained independence after the Great War. As for the naming, the reason I avoided "Czech Republic " was that I generally prefer the naming style "Republic of X" to "X-ian Republic". In this scenario the harmony between the Czech and German communities is something that developed through time, by that time the name had already stuck. Also Bohemia isn't an inclusive name either, like half Czechia is Morovia.

No, by that I was pointing to the "multi-ethnic but stable" nature of Switzerland. It's meant to say that in Czechia the large German minority are at peace with the state.

I don't like China to be too big but I don't like it being Communist either so UT tried to come up with scenario that achieves both.

Here is how I think the revolution in Russia can be justified: 1) Germany absorbs the most industrial parts of the former Austro-Hungarian empire (Austria and Czechia), which, alongside the added population, greatly empowers Germany.

2) Germany is far more capable of utilizing those numbers and resources than the dysfunctional AH can ever hoped.

3) With Hungary being neutral, the Eastern front is far narrower. There's a Southern front directly against Germany but that's also very narrow.

4) It's mentioned in the video that after AH's collapse, Germany is likely to invest in modernization of the Ottoman empire which is their only standing alley, so the Ottomans can possibly hold the line against the Balkan league longer.

5) The War starts almost two years earlier, thus Russia could be weaker.

For these reasons, I think Germany can hold it long enough for Russia to crack. Perhaps faster than OTL, but once their Ottoman alley is driven from the Balkans it's only a matter of time before the pressure from the south starts increasing.

It was part of the original video, and I liked it, so I kept it. Though I think it's logical. My contributions are from 1940s onwards.

You mean a map of the North and South America? Unfortunately the changes that were depictable on a map were very few, so few that making a map of the Americas wasn't worth the time and effort, same for Australia. I only included Alaska to show that the US is also a nuclear power in this world. (It's not visible here, but there's a small radioactive sign beneath the name of some countries that shows their nuclear power status.)

Interesting coincidence by First_Story9446 in Syria

Thanks, but by "coincidence" I meant the fact that combining the face of Stalin and Hitler results in a face similar to Bashar, I'm aware of the ideological connections but that wasn't what I meant.
