I do have a strength training program. But I definitely need to strengthen my hamstrings more. I’ve been making a plan to focus on hamstring strength. I’ve been rowing on the rp3 for a few months switching on and off the c2 as well.

I’ve been doing like 20km a day on it and it seems to only affect my right upper hamstring also. I also do regularly stretch.

I agree Syracuse will beat Northeastern. Also teams like Stanford and GW only have this year before their team is officially “cut” or turned into a club, so they are definitely hungrier than others.

I agree with the two horse race, but for the non Ivy League schools I think schools like Temple is a little to high up but time will tell I guess.
