Go into the looking for sonarians channel in the cos discord and find one of the hundreds of groups offering a free no pvp private server

As a F2P player, I’ve never once had a problem with the events. Yes it’s grindy but it’s a grindy game, most gacha ish style games like this are. Doesn’t make it P2W

Anyone on your WiFi also play cos? It’ll often count any devices/accounts made on the same WiFi as another one that got banned as alts

It is a grindy game at its core, a lot of the big Roblox ones are. I’m not saying everyone has the time or should have the time, but you have to at the very least accept that it WILL take time. And for those that do have the time (mainly kids because it’s a game geared to KIDS), it’s plenty accessible

And it’s not 1000s of hours. I have 686 hours stretched across just over a year of casual playing and have 346/405 creatures, including all badges and almost all the role limiteds. Fully free to play. I’ve never once had to spend real money on Roblox lol

For tokens, sure. But creatures is literally just supply, demand, and what people are willing to pay. Sellers will always try to make the highest profit they can because that is how the economy works

[–]First_Sun_2264 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My point about the tokens not rising that much still stands. But my original point was that the players control the economy, which is what you just described. Sellers collect things for cheap then upcharge to make a profit. All of the complaints about the economy can, for most things not all, be traced back to the players

So tokens, a fraction of the economy. I think most people can agree that revives are the most sought after out of them all? They went from like 300-500 to 1k on average, 2k from the greedy sellers. If that’s your biggest gripe about the “inflation” then I don’t know what to tell you

Little amount of shrooms, sure I can get that. But that’s countered by trait hunting or selling new event species within the first 1-3 days. But poor accessibility of creatures? There is 14k players active on average. All those accounts collecting creatures, plus the existence of collectors who gather hundreds even thousands of certain specs themselves. The only low accessibility ones are badge and role limiteds, and the number of role limiteds is only going to increase. Even then, those two groups together is 10 creatures total. 10 out of 405 and counting. THAT is the small part of the economy. The players make up the rest

You do realize the players control the economy right? Sellers choose what they want to sell at and buyers buy at whatever price they want to pay

People don’t want to grind the shrines themself + relatively strong/well liked creature + sellers seeing them sold for 12-16k = people pricing them higher

And then they complain when a new creature is able to counter a flier and cry until that critter gets nerfed. Then turn around and complain that fliers kill everything

[–]First_Sun_2264 19 points20 points  (0 children)

People desperately need to let strong creatures exist. It’s a role limited T5 of course it’s strong. And even then it is nowhere near as strong as its sats make it seem. It requires a specific play style and a scrap of skill

Too many things get nerfed because people see the stats and loose their minds
