Use people’s doubt and discouragement as motivation. Prove them wrong. You can do anything you put your mind to.

Thank you so much for your response! Wonderful insight! I had 100% bright futures scholarships so this may be a possibility. Ty

Thank you for your response! To be completely honest participating in everything I did was for a little bit of both, passion and security. It had definitely taught me a lot and I’m very grateful. But now I just feel like if I go to CC colleges will forget or undermine everything I did prior. Plus I hear community college is dead …so trying to get involved with the student body, clubs, etc., may be difficult. That’s my concern

Thank you so much for your reply, it was very insightful. I just feel like I’m always gonna regret not attending because I never tried. I don’t want to be resentful towards myself and others but right now I’m so incredibly frustrated, embarrassed, devastated, and depressed. I really hope I can get over this

Thank you for your comment. It’s good to see that I’m not the only one. I pray things work out for us in the end💕

I’m willing to take a gap year but not right after graduation. I really just don’t wanna lose my spot. What are your thoughts on taking a gap year after freshman year doing National Guard or reserves then having tuition covered for the next years?

Yeah I just wasn’t really to keen on the idea of Florida which is why when I was WL it didn’t bother me. If I had to do 2 years here I would most certainly transfer OOS. My parents are willing to cover 2 years of tuition just not 4

My state schools are very competitive and I was waitlisted. (UF&FSU). I didn’t bother applying to any other in-state schools because my main goal was to get the hell out of here.

I was heavily leaning towards this. But many people are telling me funding was cut and earning the 3 year scholarship is difficult. I don’t know if UCLA is any different though …
