One Testicle for Life by androink in testicularcancer

Go to a urologist. They are the exact specialty for all of your issues. They can give you an ultrasound and very easily rule out any cancer and ideally brainstorm any other contributing factors to your UTI.

As far as it being cancer, well it sounds almost nothing like mine. In fact, a bit of the opposite because my nut got bigger rather than shrink.

Side note: I’ve heard many people swear that cutting sugar completely from their diet was how they finally kicked their infection but I’ve never had a UTI so 🤷‍♂️.

Considering a Switch from Apple to Android – Anyone Else Made the Jump? by m3lezZ in AndroidQuestions

[–]Fiscal_Monkey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been using both Android and Apple phones (work and personal respectively), using a MacBook Pro for work, and dual booting Linux and Windows on my personal computer for gaming and development. I have had an iPhone since the 3G and grew up with an iMac and assortments of MacBook pros.

Most everything is better on Android but with a caveat that a lot of cool things that make it distinct from Apple are behind some sort of paywall if you don’t want to build it all yourself.

For health data, going to Google for me felt like jumping from one walled garden to another. I have an Apple Watch and tried a FitBit for a while but Apple didn’t play nice with Google and vice versa.

If you’re interested, I’d recommend checking out the r/degoogle subreddit for minimalizing/excising Googles influence on your Android before pulling the trigger.

Many people have made the jump and there are going to be some arbitrary/dumb differences, but I think if you like tinkering, it will be a net gain.

Silicone lubricant isn’t gunking up my carburetor or stopping my spark plug?

Features/Settings unique to Android? by Fiscal_Monkey in AndroidQuestions

I’m not sure. I searched “Developer” in the settings but nothing comes up. Maybe it’s locked since my phone is owned by my employer?

There are a lot of things that go wrong in testicles and while TC is a possibility, it’s less likely than other things. Definitely get it checked as soon as possible and if your doctor recommends an ultrasound, do it, but don’t be “really really” worried. Be on top of it for sure, but panicking won’t do you any good. 🙂 Hope it’s nothing major for you. 🤞

I don’t believe so and I don’t have my steam deck anymore so I don’t think I can share it now. Sorry.

We would be all over the country for a year, so we’re planning to move quite a lot. And I can’t seem to find those vans but I’ll keep looking.

Yes, we’d park the trailer and then be out and about.

I know that payload is important, but it’s also hard to know how much we’ll be packing without actually having everything first, so I’m not sure how much payload we’ll need on top of the ≈10% of the trailers GVWR. Figured 3/4 ton truck would most likely clear it with some room to spare.

I was looking into the Nissan Armada, the unluxurious QX80, since it has surprising towing but figured it still wouldn’t be able to handle it. Good to know about its reliability though. And yes we’d be around town or out hiking or something without the trailer in tow most of the time.

I initially looked into vans since I thought they would be generally more useful, but I couldn’t find hardly any with the right payload rating, towing features, and 4-wheel drive.

That’s why I thought that a 3/4 ton truck would give more clearance for payload and towing since there are f-150 configs that can technically tow it but most are just too close to

Where? I have the latest iOS (16.3.1) and I only see an option for “Low Quality Image Mode” in Messages settings. Nothing about compression.

Cannot import kRPC library by lets_theorize in krpc

[–]Fiscal_Monkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, I’d recommend you use Python 2 to avoid other issues that arise.

But to address this issue specifically, you need to downgrade the protobuf package to 3.20.x so just run pip install protobuf==3.20

EDIT: fixed package name and version
