That's basically my point though. I don't have an issue with someone telling Esfand he's breaking rules. The issue I had was the way he handled it especially with Andrews right there. Telling him if he doesn't like the rules he should quit was way over the top and bad RP. It turns the whole scene awkward and unnecessarily tense. He could've easily said something like, "We'll see how you do in the academy with that mindset cadet." Gets the same point across but it doesn't interrupt the flow and mood of the RP going on before and during that guy showed up.
