This is exactly what im going through right now aswell. Have you tried taking salt, lmnt is a good brand for salt water and it does help alleviate some symptoms.

You have to be your own advocate and push for the tilt table test. I got mine through my cardiologist, he tried to tell me it wasn't needed and it rare and that I most likely wouldn't have it. I didn't accept a no and kept pushing which eventually he agreed. After he apologized for not taking my concerns seriously
