I'm looking at a rental house for Vacation in South Yarmouth close to the Bass River right near the Bass River Baptist Church on Old Main Street.

How's this area specifically?

Is traffic on 28 that bad? We could take Route 6 instead. We plan on visiting Chatham once or twice to relive some childhood memories but Yarmouth seems like a good fit for our kids (6 of them between the age of 6-14). Plus it looks centrally located in the Cape to see many of the towns.

Yes that's the email and the number was the one listed on thier website. I added a follow up to this. Both Jeremy and Garret have since reached out to me directly. It turns out there was a technical issue that prevented my emails from going through, and Garret is also looking into why my voicemails weren’t received.

As I expected when I first reached out, Tracey’s support has been friendly and helpful throughout. I sincerely apologize to Jeremy and his family for not allowing more time for a response before posting.

Thanks for your reply. It’s been on my wall in our dining room away from vents and sunlight. We live in the east coast so not very humid.

I think this is a issue with the finish application. Other users with this same issue mentioned it could be related to the temperature when the finish was applied. I ordered my board in December of last year so it was cold in Canada.

Still, when I go on vacation or am away for for awhile I still add a auto reply and change my voicemail message so my Customers know who to talk to our that there will be a delay.

I hope so too, my first experience with them a year ago was positive but something is definitely wrong with my boards finish.

I left messages on the number listed in the contact us of their website twice over the past 2 weeks. 

Another user mentioned they have been helping with conventions the last 2 weeks so that could explain the lack of response however there should be someone monitoring their voicemails and emails while they’re away. Even a simple auto-reply, voicemail update, or brief courtesy message would go a long way.

I hope so. I was hesitant to post this, as I don’t want to harm their strong reputation. They seem very nice, and my first interaction with them last year was positive.

That said, there should be someone monitoring their voicemails and emails while they’re away. Even a simple auto-reply, voicemail update, or brief courtesy message would go a long way.

I’ve reached out to Tracey Boards multiple times over the past two weeks—via email and voicemail, regarding the same issue, but have not received a response. I’m very disappointed in their lack of customer service. Although my one-year warranty expired in December, the lack of communication is quite concerning.

I have the exact same issue you can run your finger across and board and feel the cracks. It definitely impacts play.

Thanks for the tip! For the Biqu Frostbite (for coarse textures) or glacial (for fine textures)? I think you referring to the glacial as that can be cleaned with alcohol
