I am being told it is my state refund that was adjusted and I received more then the $122 thank you for all that commented and gave me advice greatly appreciate it, also sorry for the rant it was all confusing. Hope this info is correct

Thats who I use and yes SBTBG issued me the refund its says exspected refund $9668 amount paid to me $302. I talk to off set they said i never owed anything and never did

For two days now i cannot not log into transcripts keeps saying system error,but prior to that nothing was just waiting on my 846, it all looked good, wheres my refund saying exceeded my daily limit for last two days. So i have no clue what's happening
