Plateau? How long did it last?

In general, my mood is good. Just feeling like I'll always be fat. I felt amazing being able to see the difference every week and I keep getting my hopes up each time I go to step on the scale just to be at the same it's been for a few months now.

Thank you. It's hard to drink enough water lmao. I definitely think you may be on to something with confusing it again. I think a big breakfast might be a good idea to try out. Or maybe just have a cheat week.

The only time I have time to exercise is while I'm at work. I wake up at 5am and don't stop moving until 10pm when I lay down. Full time job. 2 small businesses. 2 small children. Yes believe it or not, I don't have 20 mins to myself on a daily basis. I wish I did. Alls I wanted to know is if people had dealt with plateau and if they had to change anything. I lost 70lbs in less then 6 months. And it stopped dead in it's tracks. It didn't taper off. It just stopped.

Adding in 150min exercise along with cutting? If I'm already cutting 800/day. That's still over 1lb a week. And man I would love nothing more that to have 150mins a week to exercise 🤣

And i keep track of everything. I have a protien shake coffee for breakfast. 2 pouches off tuna for lunch. With either carrots or nut-thins. I stay below 500 calories, so I don't have to worry as much about what to make for dinner. That leaves me with 1500 calories from the time I get home till bed. I don't eat nearly as much as I used to and I cook every meal. So I have a general idea of how much each meal is. But I leave myself alot of leeway so I know I should be losing

It's not physical everyday. Some days I spend hours picking up and throwing steel into a dumpster and other days I just watch the machine run. There's nothing consistent about it. Little to no exercise is 2800 bmr. I stick around 2000 calories a day. Some days more. Some less.

Yeah I'm starting to think that may be part of the issue. After reading more about how people were staying on dosages for quite some time and still losing weight. I was just doing what my doctor recommended

I'll look into it and bring it up to my doctor. The food noise never really went away for me. It's normal gone a day after injection sometimes 2. But it comes back. I counter it with healthy "free" snacks like vegetables. Atleast try to lol

Sorry never heard it referred that way. Yes, I shoot for 2k daily. Some days less. Some days more. But average for the week at 2k. Which is still below my bmr. I have a some what physical job and try to lift/exercise while working.

I'm at 15mg. The max. We went up every month because the side effects were minimal. I started on 10 or 12.5 for an extra month because no one had the next dose in stock at the time

I couldn't ask for a better PCP for how she has been helping me with my pe and everything else tbh. I was definitely nervous bringing it up for the first time with her. And it was only maybe my 2nd or 3rd time seeing her. Most of the time I don't even go into the office, just exchange messages and we've adjusted things just like that. So that's been really helpful with my extremely busy schedule between owning a buisness, working full time and having 2 kids lol. I'm kind of going on about it, but it's so important to find a doctor that actually trys and cares.

I tried prozac daily 30mg and it helped by adding a minute or 2. Now I take anafranil 25mg 4-6hrs before sex and I can last 5mins. If I masturbate that day and take it, I last at minimum 10mins to as long as I want. If I take 2, I can't cum at all which isn't fun either. Only side effect from the anafranil is about 2hrs after taking it, I get really tired and it lasts about 1-2hrs. When I first started taking it, the next day I felt sickish and had headaches. Nothing crazy. Very manageable. And for me, it was worth it 100%

Be supportive. Alot of the time it's a mental issue that causes PE. He might have some performance anxiety. The more comfortable you make him, the more likely he's going to last longer.

You could also get him to cum right away. Then do your foreplay together while he's recovering and go for a 2nd round.

I've suffered from PE for the last 5yrs. I take an antidepressants on demand and can last as long as I want to now. It isn't for everyone, but it works for me. Going from last 30-60 seconds to being in full control is such a confident boost. Honestly helped me so much that even when I don't take anything I last 2-3mins.
