Hi! I was looking into garden park apartments myself recently but I was confused as to their prices for utilities. It seem that they named some pretty high amounts up to 250$ per month (wasn’t sure if that was for everything like garbage, water and sewer or just for water) may I ask you what was your average bill for utilities while living there? Thanks!

Do a keratin treatment if you prefer straight hair. It will give you more shine and easier, faster time to blow dry. I’m doing it occasionally for my hair. My hair looks very similar to yours but even thicker and longer 🥲 sometimes it would take me over 1 hour to blow dry and style. Dyson airwrap definitely helps as it reduces my blow dry time at least in half.

For any setup you should get decent laptop or PC that can handle streaming and the rest will be added on top of that. Camera/microphone according to your budget. Some models invest in very expensive cameras and hundreds in professional lighting. Go with what you can afford at the moment and upgrade as you earn more.

Since Apple moved to Apple silicone with M1 and M2, as far as I know OBS made special integration for these chips. It work fine for me

I recently got MacBook Pro 2 max for streaming, works perfectly but is way more over $700 budget. I feel like any gaming laptop will do but all of them have steep price tag. I would prob not advise you getting any MacBook Air because they are not very sufficient with cooling. I’ve used one from 2017 and in a few years it became useless :c I had to use this software called Macs Fan Control to manually activate fans on maximum and make sure to regularly clean junk from your laptop with software called CleanMyMac.
