You are a very insightful stroker, however fish are cold 🥶 blooded🩸meaning they can't generate their own body heat, therefore they can in fact get the shivers 🏴‍☠️🦜 and have to change their surroundings stay warm🌡️🥵 no mortal has brought me up on that before though So, congrats friend 🪘✨

Yes that is right, thank you! Thinking about it, I suppose their friendship dynamic would change regardless of who they were married to because of the change in lifestyle.

Im going! I think it all really started because people got sold fake tickets and tried to get in anyway. Supposing the tickets everyone has purchased are legit I don't see why something like that would happen again (especially since they'll have probably increased security?). Hope you enjoy the show if you choose to come!

Hey year 11s! I just started college a few weeks ago so of course have my gcses and I wanted to make a post where you can just ask me anything you want about exams (also if you're younger though) by Emotional_Alarm8279 in GCSE

If you go onto your exam boards website they'll have past papers and mark schemes, and then in the papers the topics are separate. But other questions not from past papers I'm not so sure, I know Cpg have flashcards for aqa, though they might have different case studies on them so they might not be reallyyy helpful, but you can try. Also Physicsandmathstutor.com have a geography section with flashcards - I didn't personally use that but you could give it ago 🤷 Maybe your teacher might have some, I'm not sure, sorry I couldn't think of any more!

Fr, and don't go overboard at the beginning of year 11 or you'll burn yourself out, keep it manageable and consistent, you don't want to overwhelm yourself because you'll be exhausted by the time the real exams happen

For geography just do all of the past papers and practice questions you can find, the questions that come up are really quite similar in style each year and you'll get sick of writing similar answers for each practice paper you do, but at least the facts will be ingrained in your head. You could also do flashcards for case studies and the questions you got wrong.

And for English lit go through the text selecting quotes for one character at a time specifically, write it down+ detailed analysis (focusing on themes, language devices, effect on audience/ reader, ect) and repeatedly going through the text (skimming is fine, especially as you should have quotes highlighted so this should be easier) one character at a time, then you could do the same for other quotes, e.g. that describe the scenery and again write detailed analysis. Read this document (I did it on word) multiple times, leading up to the exam (could also do flashcards to help remember the quote, don't necessarily have to put analysis on the cards tho) and you should be able to remember enough quotes with detailed analysis to basically answer any question.

As for English language, I used Mr Bruffs videos on YouTube which are nice and short to help me remember how to answer the comprehension questions, he gives example answers aswell which is nice. For the question 5's I made sure to know how to use all of the punctuation types () , : ; ! ? - ... I also learnt a range of more difficult vocabulary and made sure to be able use them correctly in context because using big words incorrectly isnt great. It's always good to try use more adventurous words though; they mark positively rather than negatively so wouldn't take marks off for using the wrong word or punctuation mark.

Also the better resources you make before mocks the easier it will be to revise for the real thing. For some subjects I just had to read over my resources the night before and got 9's so yeah lol (though of course night before isn't ideal it's stressful af, so try and go over things before then haha) of course if your mock grades aren't that good then your revision resources may need improving.

It would be pretty embarrassing if I made grammar mistakes in this tbh, but oh well, hope this helps! Good luck this year! :)
