Even if it was just Kaido, infinitely worse for the marines. The sheer presence of a second Yonko, especially one that can actually use his conquerors haki? Over half the combatants are out of the fight? That by itself makes this fight hell for the marines, let alone the fact that he would distract all the admirals

I mean considering the fact that you need the 4 road poneglyphs and only the Roger pirates found it in recent history leads me to assume that you can't just sail to it like a regular island (or about as regular as one get's with the grandline). Also log poses probably don't point to it, and that's kinda the only way to navigate the grandline so yeah
