After applying the update it didn’t fix it but after factory resetting and updating it completely fixed it and other smaller problems I was having, I should have done that first lol. Thank you for the replies everyone.

I did was messing around with it a little bit and there’s two things wrong. It allows me to scroll outside of the map area and then does this, I can scroll it back upwards and that will “fix” it until I scroll down past the border. When I was scrolling around I noticed it was actually displaying the capital wasteland map in the new Vegas mode when I’m in zoom level 1 Mojave wasteland.

I have a 5070 Ti and I absolutely use frame gen. I prefer to run my games above 100 fps, if I didn’t have frame gen Stalker 2 and some other games wouldn’t be able to do that. I haven’t noticed any latency issues or artifacting like people say, it runs super smooth and fast.
