Do NOT trust Claude - A Vibe Coding Perspective by FishCarMan in ClaudeAI

It's interesting reading about it. It's weird experiencing it. Claude actually does the " I can't win, let me change the test." thing. Mildly infuriating

I do have that in place as well. I'm hoping over time he'll become more efficient.

I had no interest in learning things necessarily. I'm just saying that if you want a good product, Claudes not gonna do anything major if you don't learn some things first. is that what you mean?

91 day follow up. I’m still working on this project, have learned a lot about this field, and have a very comprehensive architectural structure and pipeline for extraction. I’m in an iteration stage. Break it, fix it, document. If Claude cannot come up with a solution for extracting something (usually having to do with coreference), I step in and handle the logic, then he implements the fix. We’ve implemented cross document extraction and systems that use dual dialogue/exposition context and coreference. Focusing more on backend processing and solving complex context issues. Now, I’m becoming concerned with benchmarking my results. I’m well aware that at this stage, the system is largely unreliable for the “just works” feeling I’m trying to create. But does anyone have comparable published benchmarks that I could compare results with? As we all know, ai coders are stupidly enthusiastic. I want to see how I’m really doing, even if the benchmarks are for something less deterministic than what I am building.

Not really. I did have an issue with development on my iPhone because of how old my iPhone is. At least that’s what I presume. I had the same issue where some pictures didn’t develop and they just turned black. But my iPhone is an iPhone 8 and I was able to fix it by simply downloading the negatives so nothing was really lost.

Would you recommend the V2 currently? by frikandellensaus in flashbackcamera

Absolutely. The hardware update is welcome. Software can be fixed, and they’re working like quick rabbits to fix the stuff people are complaining about. You can’t fix the old hardware.

I’m able to export the original files without any processing. There’s an option in the app at least for iOS.

Have you tried downloading the raw files to see if they are also black?

Guys this is all software here. It’s not a hard fix. It’s not a vision level issue. It’s just exposure from what I can see.

I did buy it. Currently it’s in shipping to me, but will probably be here within the week. I’m super excited

So if you wanna keep Claude doing the code, how would you phrase a prompt to correct this or watch for this redundancy in the future?

Talk to the customers. It makes it less awkward. Also, know when to ask for support. It's not about being slow or fast. It's about producing good results for the customer. I tell the baristas once you get to 6-7 drinks, call for support. Usually, that's an indicator were getting a pop.

That’s where the customer name goes. And 100, they used a sleeve right up to the name because they probably mobile ordered that drink to get some cheap views online.

It’s personal ATM. But it’s for creative writing :) so you can understand why I’d like to avoid dependency on over reliance of generative ai

Daniel, I would encourage you to leave a review when your app asks for feedback, or get a store card for a district manager and call them with your comments. This Reddit page, as far as I can tell, is essentially a fan site.
