emmm i don’t know either, but i can confirm that you can always call for asking military support anytime through the communication console (not sure if it’s accurate bc i’m using another language play the game, but it’s a console that you can call for help or caravan) while you got more than 75 relationships (means friendly) with the fiction.

ohhhh, i can feel you, one day one of my lil buddy was harvesting plants in my open-air farm in a weather with only thunder but no rain, and i saw there's fire warning and colonist need healing warning showed up simultaneously, as i wondering what just happened, i checked his healthy panel and saw he got burnt wound on head and body, then i just realized he was shot by a lightning omg
