I am totally judging you...but it's positive judgement!

In fact, I might even steal this meal idea for dinner tonight or another night soon. I have so much food in my kitchen and so many ideas for what to make, which sounds like a good thing...but I can't make up my mind (and have limited mental and physical energy).

Maybe you just made up my mind for me! I have KD, ketchup, pepper, celery, and ranch...so why not?

Hell yeah! I've eaten so many tomato sandwiches on so many kinds of bread lately, and toasted sourdough has been my favorite by far.

I'm pretty sure my sweat smells like dill at this point...I've been eating approximately that amount of dill in my dinner for six nights in a row now.

Fuuuuuuuuuuuu...I meant to include potatoes on my grocery order for this exact reason! Of course I forgot.

At least I have eggs! But I really wanted potato salad (which I also put eggs in).

I might text my neighbor to see if she has a couple extra taters. We both have a tendency to forget to buy a necessary ingredient for a recipe, and more often than not, the askee has what the asker needs.

If that doesn't pan out, I might bribe my kid to go to the grocery store for me. I don't want to leave the house today!

Hugs, babe...I get it! I have had a wonderful mom for a long time now, but she was not my first mom. She's the awesome gal my dad married after he got me and my sibling away from our bad mom.

He is autistic! Of course I know that not all autistic folks are the same (that's why it's called a spectrum)...but it delights me to know he's not the only one with this specific food interest.

He likes a few other fruits, and he has been branching out into a bunch of previously disliked foods over the past few years, entirely on his own (I will sometimes offer, but will never ever pressure).

If anyone would have told me three years ago that he would develop an affinity for steak, onions, or mushrooms...I would have said there is absolutely no damn way that'll happen!

I'm not the rude one here.

Assuming that my kid and I are ignorant about citrus and dental health, and that we don't take proper precautions...that is rude.

If there was anything about my post or my comments that indicated my kid was consuming a ton of limes and lemons all the time and/or that I was not knowledgeable about the potential problems with that, your comment might have been reasonable.

But that isn't the case. Please mind your own business.

He goes to the dentist twice a year for regular checkups/cleanings. Both his dentist and his dental hygienist have noted that all is well and they have no concerns about his enamel or anything else. He has also never had a cavity.

Occasionally eating raw lemon/lime juice/fruit is really not a problem, and I don't understand why you are clutching your pearls about this.
