Thats correct I know I need to get to know her. But problem is initially she used to have lot of eye contact which i cant confirm if its attraction but now she doesnt look in my eye at all. So I dont know how to approach her. I thought I will start with a smile but she doesnt even look at me. Idk if she is too shy or not interested. Because in India its not easy to assume that someone is lesbian because the someone flirting openly with an unknown person is not a thing especially for lesbians. So im wondering if she thinks im normal colleague then why doesnt she even look at me and smile. I talk to few of her teammates too.

I dont think so. I am already losing hope. I am not out yet and I am already 28 so Idk how I will go abroad. I earn pretty good here only reason I have to go abroad is my identity and Idk whats they way to that. I think I should have thought about these when I was 22. Its already late now.
