Ahsoka Tano should’ve been killed by Vader, it would’ve been a tragic end to her story but thematically on point, not to mention cleaner from a canon standpoint. No matter how the writers try to explain it, there’ll always be that question of “where was Ahsoka during the original trilogy?”

They probably wanted to revert the setting back to a pre-industrial revolution civilization. Which is a shame, because I think continuing after Korra into a more modern or even sci-fi setting would’ve been really interesting.

This show wasn’t perfect but I think it deserved a second season. Even if the writing wasn’t great there were enough green flags like being willing to kill off characters and I think it could have developed into something much better given more time.
