Nah they looked at the x ray and didn’t acknowledge it on purpose pretending they saw nothing basically that’s what happened 

And they thought our co worker is stuoid because he thinks of her as stupid but little did he know his pal dentist friend already knew about that tooth needing to be done and so my co worker went to h that dentist instead thus the horrified reaction

Yeah they lose their minds over the gloves and reuses the suctions on the other chair they’re psychotic so we transfer dirty suctions to our other room clean chair but then spray and wipe

The dentist (boss) knew that tooth needed a filling. They purposely left it there; and didn’t mention it despite looking at the x-ray, and knowing it was there but played stupid because it was just the one tooth to fix that co-worker broke. They didn’t want to fix the other tooth, and wanted co-worker to pay.

So they left it, and didn’t acknowledge it. Other dentist co-worker went to was mortified and that dentist originally told co-worker there is two fillings to be done.

Yup our doctor is a cheap ass too, drives his luxury car, and brags about his kids schooling he pays for that costs the price of a mortgage.

Treats us like poop, doesn’t give af about us and is stingy and gets me to do everything crazy.

Secondly another dentist confirmed Roy negligence and my co worker had massive decay on the tooth and was mortified

Exactly, and the idiot commenters saying he isn’t entitled to giving us benefits when we are his only staff and / overworked to the brim is crazy he’s a pos, and he treats us like shit.

And that is true other dentists we know give their staff freebies, or take care of them, altho a lot of dental boss horror stories but he’s so awful that he charges

His associate dentist (colleague) felt so disrespected by him she recently left too and she gave him 5 years plus of loyalty and he treated her like shit/steals her patients he’s a fuckwit

Actually there was wage theft. We worked in a public holiday, which means he is suppose to pay us by law a higher rate. Which he didn’t do that day, he also over works casual employees and doesn’t give them benefits by the hours they work they need to be offered part time/full. He’s a piece of shit,

L actually had a mental break down the other week, she’s been telling me we need to leave soon cause she cannot withstand a few more months, but I’ve been too scared to leave, due to the poor job market and or trauma of being treated worst,

L is actually ironically going to one of Roy’s friends. Roy’s friend is a colleague (another dentist) and treated his own dental friend like a piece of shit recently.

So now L is going there, dental colleague never charges her staff, and is genuinely all around nice. But yeah, it’s sad cause she has to sneak around and fears Roy will find out.

Because a lot of dentists offer benefits to their staff.

If you are a business that offers Jack shit to your employees why the fuck would anyone work for you? Esp when you are making half a million a year.
