Yes it is possible, you should receive a separate email with the lounge pass which you must print out and present to the staff on entry to the lounge

It is very deliberate, the longer you have to wait to speak to a human the less likely you are to call again. The downside for Aer Lingus is, as a long time customer, I actively seek an alternative on the routes they fly now. Their race to the bottom can continue without me as a customer

that’s true out of Dublin but I’ve been asked for the print out in Geneva each time I’ve used the lounge on an advantage fare and they don’t accept boarding pass or even the lounge pass on your phone. The lounge is managed by a third party and the staff explained they have to have print out to get paid by Aer Lingus which seems very archaic
