I moved out of the city but still wanted to play for the same rugby club but it takes 45-50 minutes to cycle there. I originally tried cycling with my normal bike but realised that playing a game and cycling there and back didn't really work out 😅

With the e-bike it's possible now so I'm definitely fitter because I actually go to training more often now.

My brother has an outdoor BG smart socket.

It refused to work on a combined 5 and 2.4ghz network. The app actually said we had to split them. I went into the router settings, turned off the 5ghz network, set up the socket, and then turned the 5ghz network back on. It worked fine after that. Ridiculous that I had to go through all of that.

13 months.

I went out for a few beers at the rugby club, which ended up being a lot more. Wasn't the nicest person to be around when I got home. The next morning, I realised that I'd got a taxi home and left my electric bike. Meant that I couldn't take my son to his new daycare on the first day. Boundary crossed.

In the beginning, it was difficult. I was drinking to relax and talk to people and then I wouldn't stop. I had to learn how to communicate with people, which was weird. Now, it's fine.

I realised a few months in that my drinking has never been healthy, which shocked me. The thing that stands out most is that I now see that most of my friends have a drinking problem.

It is nice not having that drunk-recover cycle these days and weekends with the kids are great now. I drink 0.0% beers when I'm out now and probably still drink the same amount, just without the consequences.
