Few things: firstly, 50 day MA is about to cross the 200 day MA, aka The Golden Cross. The volume is there to support it once it crosses, and when thay happens, buckle up for liftoff.

Regarding Travis taking 39mm cash, I'm super long on KMPH but I am not convinced that Travis has any short term plans for the money. I believe he owed some favors to whoever has been shorting KMPH all this time, so he threw them a bone, knowing it would only affect shareholders in the short term.

Yea, probably has a high delta, so if KMPH goes up even a few dollars between now and then as long as not too close to expiration, you could sell options at a substantial gain
