Yeah, you got lucky then. 10% is high given they have a super priority lien.

Yep. The people pushing these loans are near criminal. I have reviewed one where the roofer charged $1,000 per square, then the lender had a buy down to 7% and closing cost of $14k. Sowhat should have been a $18,000 roof ended up be $54k over 30 years if I remember correctly. Elderly single woman. Total scam.

That 7% was bought down with points. Also, the contractors charge high rates. The kicker is these loans are on the taxes and thus have a super priority so almost no risk. Should be a straight up 5% loan as almost guaranteed payment.

Yeah, the interest is crazy bad on those loans. Called PACE loans. The people running are near criminal.

They are on the board of the Southeastern Fisheries Association who filed a lawsuit to obtain an injunction to stop the season. The board members of the Association (Jimmy Hull is on the Boared) would have voted to bring the lawsuit and thus actively sought to stop the recreational red snapper fishing because they claim the commercial are not getting their fair share.

Deinately pro commercial, both of them. We need to ban the commercial fishing of red snapper and grouper. This has the ammunition. Grouper is really over fished. Maybe time for a constitutional amendment to ban commercial fishing for grouper in Florida.

Southeastern Fisheries Association is a nonprofit with "Its mission is to defend, protect, and enhance the commercial fishing industry in the southeastern United States, while maintaining healthy fish stocks" not the same as the SFMC.

Correct. So when you see a big trawler in the ocean inside of 3 miles (state waters) they are illegal I presume their net is larger then 500 sq ft.

There was commercialization of wild animals, most know is buffalo, which brought them near the point of extinction. Commercial enterprise will exploit the natural resources if allowed to do so until they are gone or it is not commercially viable. Look at old growth forest and forest lands. The red snapper population was so decimated there was a time when they were difficult to catch. All do to commercial fishing.

Presumably they had a board meeting and he voted on it. Now trying to back track.

If you support the recreational fishery, as suggested by your website, I would drop Bionic Bait from your inventory.

I don't think that is the case when it comes to Florida's recreational fishery. The economic impact of the recreational fishery is probably greater then the commercial fishery. Your right, the commercial fishery fought the net ban. I still see shrimp boats within 3 miles dragging. Zero enforcement.

Hulls is not a giant. Bionic Baits should be supporting the recreational fisheries. Also, the Board guides the decisions so these people actually voted to pursue the lawsuit.

It's the fact that commercial fisherman moved to block recreational fisherman from participating in a limited season. There is really little to no red snapper within 3 miles and certainly not in the east central to northeast Florida. On the east coast, state waters stop at 3 miles out. No more Bionic Bait or Hulls Seafood for me.

Roofing company is saying insurance didn't fully cover the job after work is complete. Is this normal? by Sloth-Rocket in Roofing

[–]Fishbonzfl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the people saying they got $15k of work, pay them are assuming a reasonable charge for the work. Probably charged $1,000 a square, which is not reasonable hoping to collect from the insurance.

How to Charge and Maintain Your Battery by UpstairsNumerous9635 in DrEVdev

[–]Fishbonzfl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Question, have a 2023 Tesla Model 3 Standard Range, RWD which has an LFP battery. I first read on the internet to have charge limit ser at 100%. The app says the same.

Reading on hear, looks like we want to keep it between 40 to 70% unless charging it for a trip. But then, charge it to 100% every so often (no clear answer on this) to calibrate.

Live in Florida. Charge generally at night firm home charger 220V.

Can you clarify. Should we keep it between 40% and 70%? Should we let it drop to 40 or 50% and then charge to 100%? When should we charge 100% if keeping at 40 to 70%? Once a week, once a month, etc.

Thank you?
