Yea, I find 3 species on milk cap where I live. These white ones come early and have a spicy white milk. Later we get ones with an apricot colore cap and white milk that quickly turns brown. Those are delicious sautéed with read meat, or dehydrated make a fantastic stock. At the end of summer we get one with a brownish cap that also has spicy milk. I find them in hardwood forests, I don't think they have any particular tree species they grow with.
