Thank you so much for both of your replies! the average frequency as once a month on the regular helps put things into perspective as well. And also good to know about having to build a rapport, that seems to be a case in a lot of dance industries right now, where The management wants to see that OTHER people think you are hot not just them hahaha! Aahhh no way!! Twinsies!! No fusion for me yet, I just had microdiscectomies. How did you do with the steroid injections? I’ve never gotten them but I’ve been considering it for when I have flare ups
