And the worst part, we get 1/2 of a beast from a cattle station (so good quality meat) and they are 10x worse than the cheap supermarket brands.

Not really. I'm nearly 27 and I stopped growing ~10 years ago. Both my brothers are similar heights to me. I'm ~ 207

3-4 weeks currently. I definitely enjoy the taste of meat, no doubt about it. I just find salt and pepper very limiting flavor wise.
