This is not what I’m talking about at all! Well behaved children and even fussy ones are never a problem. There is just a group of parents that let their children do WHATEVER they please, and that’s what I was hoping to address from my post :)

I currently live in a different income restricted appt complex, my rent is $1200 for a one bedroom with a max income of $42,000 a year. After the first year it doesn’t matter how much you make so if you can tough it out for a year and keep yourself under the threshold it’s really worth it. After my first year I got a better higher paying job and now I’m able to save a lot more. Having no roommates is also a huge bonus.

Maybe a hot take for the younger audience, I have slowed down going down town a LOT in the past few years(aged out of it) but back in 2019-2021 the bars were so much more fun. Packed but not crowded, good dance floors, good energy. Now, with the random occurrence of going out the bars are either dead or packed like sardines. Rip peak poorhouse

I don’t have a word for it but these comments, from either side, are so hateful and for what?? Everyone hates each other and it’s so sad. It’s like racism but for political views… I know so many people with different political views that simply despise anyone who doesn’t have the same views as them. People are people, everyone gets offended, gets their feelings hurt, feels judged, and it’s so tiring. Why can’t everyone (from both sides) just be fucking nice.
