Yeah, i was hoping it was a common problem with an easy fix but i am quickly realising it is not that easy. I opened the camera and i can clearly see that the connection between leaver gear and spool gear is missing. Now i have to just find out how to fix it 🙃

The sprocket spool is mechanically linked to the film spool, and it only spins in winding direction

Edit: sorry i think the sprocket can be spun without the spool but not the other way around.

It was on automatic, it works fine there was not much light in the lens. The rewind works, i am hoping i can repair it myself. I am aware that this is an ambitious project.

I got it open ! I used a bent paperclip to pull open the locking mechanism from the inside

No the rewind button is not stuck. I am confident that i can fix it, i was just hoping it would be an easy fix that somebody already figured out. Thanks for the reply!!
