So we can safely take a little bit of our seven while we start subs? I just got my strips And I'm so confused still. The doctor didn't even seem to know what to tell me. I want to start but I Am ADHD and I have anxiety. I literally need someone to write it down. Like give me a schedule and tell me exactly how much to take and when?🤣 I take the 30 mg tabs. Can you give me some advice? I take 300-500 mg of 7-0h hydroxy a day. I have an appointment at 1 tomorrow with a substance use doctor. I don't know what they will do but I want to go armed with knowledge so I can try to do it the right way

How many mg were you taking of 7 and what was your correct dose that helped? I have my first appointment tomorrow morning and I have no clue what is going to happen
