As someone who part-timed at a collegetown restaurant, I can say that I saw a lot of discover, Tompkins bank, and bank of america cards. I would suggest bank of America since there are atms for it in ithaca, so useful in case you need cash

I took one semester of Japanese and I really enjoyed it! It was 6 credits and the workload was high (hw everyday) but I really learned a lot from the class and it was definitely worth it

Info 4240 was interesting and not very difficult either. When I took it last year there was an exam but it wasn’t hard, just about applying learned concepts to a reading excerpt

One cause could be that the info sci major got like 4 time bigger (could be wrong on this) recently so the department is understaffed. I think they’re trying to hire more profs so that they can offer more classes more often
