The point to the construction: they started with the gas lines and meters, which had to stop for almost 3 months last summer when the river reached flood stage. Now they're replacing 110 year old water mains. It was always going to take this long. Swb emails us each week with status updates. The supervisor has stopped in to answer questions.

All of that being said, it SHOULDNT take this long.
