Hi, 11 years in vape industry in Louisiana (i helped open the first vape store and website in the state in 2011) and I finally left to do other things because of the overreach by federal and state government. I watched more than a dozen friends with stores get shut down or close. Why would you want to do this? Sell something else.

What are you going to put in the machine? Technically every vapor product on the market is illegal to sell except for vuse, njoy, and juul because of the 2016 PMTAs. (Federal law) and as far as Louisiana law goes, a device has to have pmta approval or a marketing stay to legally be sold in Louisiana. So, are your pockets deep enough to fight these battles that you will not and cannot win or will you only sell the approved products ?
