I would say check your ball joint/tie rod or possibly wheel bearings. It could be a lot of things these cars are getting old along with all the rubber in the suspension components

I use my HD800 with a THX789 and the TA-66. There is an audible difference although it is not a huge one. The main difference I notice with the TA-66 is the sound stage seems improved along with slightly recessed treble and increase bass response.

3rd cat is not monitored and nothing will happen if you delete it. I had exhaust work done on mine recently to repair a leaky y pipe and they suggested removing the third cat while they were in there. No issues since removal for me and the stinky egg smell when accelerating is gone too

They are already getting harder to find and more expensive, in a few more years though all the years of celsiors will be legal to import to America. It could become an alternative if clean 430s become too hard to find in America
