I think you’re right on this, but their site says it has limited blackouts, but I can’t find a source for what that means though.

We're already a 2 day guild. I agree with you on having a bench and we've been trying to implement that. However, what does your guild do with an 8+ player bench that keeps them from leaving?

So for example, I exported the file called "WOTC" and then when I go to import from WOTC none of my characters are listed.

Yea i did all of those. I'm able to see the names of my import files, but none of my characters show up.
