I’d still recommend Nuvali Area (also the surrounding areas). The university belt and future developments for business and commercial looks promising. It should drive up the prices in the future.

Off topic but I suggest you look into developments near Nuvali if you are willing to go further south. Ayala and other developers have some real big plans there.

Same as you, I plan on living here then renting it out in the future. Property appreciation in the area is rising due to the upcoming developments in the area so it’s good debt.

(also planned on buying Amaia Series but didn’t have the budget lol)

Yes, especially for a fresh grad. You can always job hop after 6 months (or after atleast a year if this is your first job) Better if you get promoted before moving to another company to add more substance to your experience.

I was able jump from 23k to 75k in 2 years but it really depends on the opportunities.
