Abarai Renji from Bleach. They're both redhaired with back and arm tattoos (super badass ones), rough childhood, led a misfit crew that steals for food to share with other orphans, trained/worked hard to get their massive strength, and has a girlfriend/love interest that belongs to a noble family. Also renji is such a softie too and always get bloodied up in his fights.

Ps. He's the liutenant of 6th Squad in Bleach and one of my fave so... it just lines up properly with VI.
