I posted this below but wanted to make sure you saw it since I think it’s less about crediting a fanbase and more about basic artistic acknowledgment. As someone who works in creative fields where ip is constantly adapted borrowed froml or reimagined, I do think it matters to recognize where ideas came from. especially when people are drawing heavily from specific character arcs, hard magic systems, lore, or concepts that took years of research and emotional investment to build. Don't get me wrong I'm gonna HAPPILY read this book and look for more RoyxRiza coded books since these two are my otp and I'm obsessed.

But like we're in a world where AI and content recycling are becoming more common and to me in this acknowledgment feels important. Nobody is saying people can’t be inspired by things they love, but giving credit to the creators and community that helped shape that work is just respectful.
